3-Day Replacement Warranty
- Dynawave offers a 3-day replacement warranty on all earbuds and power banks from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or any other external causes.
- To initiate a replacement under this warranty, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and details of the defect.
- We may require you to return the defective Product to us for inspection before a replacement is processed.
- If the defect is confirmed and within the warranty period, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product (or a similar product if the original is unavailable).
- The replacement warranty is limited to one replacement per original purchase.
Returns and Exchanges (Outside of Warranty)
- Outside of the 3-day replacement warranty for defects, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a confirmed manufacturing defect within the warranty period. Please contact us if you have any specific concerns.
Limitation of Liability
